We have co-location space in our offices at Broadway and Prince in Soho, NYC. Service includes 1/2 Mb bandwidth; server storage price varies.

Bandwidth 1/2 Mb/mo. = $99 (minimum requirement) Overage (above .5 Mb/mo.) billable at $150/Mb/mo. Includes 8 IPs. 5 useable; $25/mo. for an additional block of 8 Server Storage 1 U = $60/mo. (minimum storage fee) Mini tower = 2 U or $120/mo. Full tower = 5 U or $300/mo. Setup fee of $125

Speed change is free; $199 install; one-year contract with 30 day cancellation notice; $199 early disconnect fee. There are NO EXTRA FEES or TAXES! Through Jan. 31, 2010 our $400 installation fee is only $199! Bway.net is your neighbor (in suite 404) and we are also a full-service, independent ISP (Internet Service Provider) with 15 years experience. WE GUARANTEE: This is the lowest price for internet bandwidth available in the building. Replace your current provider, add redundancy or just get the speed you need. Bway.net also provides web-based monitoring tools and can provide referrals from current in-building clients. We are a full-service ISP and can host your server in our on-site colocation space--or provide web hosting, email or consulting to meet your internet and networking needs.
